Tang Soo Do is a Traditional Korean martial art that blends self-defense techniques, striking, and kicking with a strong focus on discipline and character development. It emphasizes both physical and mental conditioning, instilling values such as respect, perseverance, and humility in its practitioners. It's a martial art that offers a balanced approach, promoting not only self-defense skills but also personal growth and self-improvement.

Students will have the opportunity to challenge for their JUNIOR YELLOW BELT on their last class. Students will display the techniques and skills they have learned throughout the 4 Week Session.
